Bong is the head chef and founder of ATUM. During his formative years, he decided to trained as a chef at 5 stars hotel where he gained experience at culinary technique and team management. To pursue his inspiration, he built ATUM to complete his culinary philosophy.

Jason is the other man behind ATUM. He is the operation manger who is committed to establish a modern culinary team.
